The Riley Center in Huntsville, Alabama is expanding and seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our mission-driven team. For 18 years, we've proudly served children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through comprehensive, interdisciplinary services in a supportive, collaborative environment.Â
Founded by a parent of a child with autism, The Riley Center remains committed to providing evidence-based services that promote communication, socialization, independence, and long-term success for individuals with ASD and their families.Â
What You'll DoÂ
As a BCBA at The Riley Center, you will:Â
Provide clinical and/or in-home ABA services to individuals ages 2-22Â
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessmentsÂ
Design and implement individualized treatment plans using ABA principlesÂ
Provide parent training and supportÂ
Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA fieldwork superviseesÂ
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OTs, Speech Therapists, Psychologist, Day School Educators)
Adhere to billing/utilization requirements. Â
Ensure compliance with clinical/medical documentation.Â
What We're Looking ForÂ
Required:Â
BCBA CertificationÂ
Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related fieldÂ
Current or eligible for Alabama licensureÂ
Preferred:Â
Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBAÂ
Experience with a variety of ABA assessment tools (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, EFL)Â
Proficiency in Central Reach (or other practice management systems)Â
Supervisory experience with RBTs and BCBA fieldwork superviseesÂ

Competitive full-time salary: $62,000-$80,000 (based on experience with opportunities for performance based incentives).  Â
