Job description

Job Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, particularly autism. Implement evidence‐based behavioral therapy techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development. Provide direct one‐on‐one therapy sessions with clients, focusing on behavior management and skill acquisition. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans. Monitor progress and make data‐driven decisions to modify treatment strategies as needed. Train and supervise behavior technicians or other staff members working with clients. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Experience working with children or individuals with special needs, particularly those with developmental disabilities. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. Strong data collection and analysis skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
