Responsibilities:
- Administer, conduct, evaluate, and superviseย the implementation ofย behavioral assessmentย measures and functional assessment measures.
- Developย individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and school-based programs and designย behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
- Teachย Registered Behavioral Technicians the proper implementation of clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems.
- Conductย regular caregiver and/or teacher training.
- Be responsible for ongoing individual program oversightย and conducting weekly supervision meetings with Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Updateย client program and materials.
- Arriveย at appointments, meetings, training, etc. at the scheduled timeย and returnย phone calls, electronic mail, and other correspondence in a timely fashion.
- Conductย self in a professional manner and treatย all clients, customers, co-workers, and others with dignity, respect, and in a culturally sensitive manner.
- Meetย regularly with the Clinical Director and notifyย her/him immediately of issues impacting the clientโs progress and satisfaction.
- Maintainย records in accordance with policies and proceduresย and completeย all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain aย billable caseload and documentย billable hours according to state and federal regulation.
- Participateย in professional meetings or conferences deemed to be beneficial to Mindful Sprouts and professional growth.
- Adhereย to the mission, vision, and values of Mindful Sprouts.
Requirements:
- Masterโs degree in applied behavior analysis,ย psychology, special education, social work, speech-language pathology, or related field required;ย Ph.D. preferred.ย
- BCBA certification and/or licensed professional.
- At least 1 yearย of experience serving individuals with ASDs or related diagnoses with a full range of skills and abilities (preferred).
- Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior-analytic therapies.
- Experience with staff training and supervision.
- Excellent writing and communication skills;ย be highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Must have successfully passed a criminal background screening.ย
