About us

At MOD Behavior ABA we believe that our team members are the most important part of our organization! We're a family-focused company that utilizes technology as well as good and ethical ABA principles to bring change to the lives of our clients. Through the great work of our team at MOD we have grown to almost 100 clients all with different needs and goals we help with daily.

MOD Behavior ABA is currently seeking qualified, dedicated and compassionate BCBAs to provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children, youth, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities who are in need of assistance to reduce challenging behaviors.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBAs) will implement behavior plans through in-home direct intervention and also supervision RBTs. They can also assist clients with day-to-day activities, monitor their behavior, record and collect data on clients' progress, and communicate with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Must have BCBA Certification
  • Master's Degree or Doctorate
  • 2 years experience preferred not required
  • Medicaid # preferred not required

Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision to RBT's
  • Completes assessments and re-assessments
  • Update goals and objectives
  • Monitor treatment progress
  • Analysis data and update plans accordingly
  • Provide parent training

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed if available
