RBT Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist

Join Our Team at Clearsteps ABA - Atlantic City, NJ

At Clearsteps ABA, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-12 across New Jersey and Missouri. We are seeking a passionate and skilled RBT Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist to join our team and help us deliver structured, compassionate care to our clients.

As an RBT Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist at Clearsteps ABA, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to design and implement individualized treatment plans for our clients. You will deliver ABA therapy sessions in the client's natural environment, using evidence-based practices to help children build meaningful communication, social, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ABA therapy sessions in the client's natural environment, as directed by the BCBA

  • Implement individualized treatment plans, using techniques and strategies developed by the BCBA

  • Collect and record data on client progress, as directed by the BCBA

  • Collaborate with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans and goals as needed

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress

  • Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

  • Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, psychology) preferred

  • Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities, preferably in an ABA setting

  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques
