Job Description:
CBG Licensed Behavioral Analysis PLLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA to join our growing team. Our mission is to provide high-quality, individualized ABA services that support each client’s unique needs. We are committed to creating a supportive, collaborative work environment where your clinical skills are valued and your work/life balance is respected.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, functional behavior assessments)
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data
  • Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians
  • Monitor and review client progress, adjust goals and programs as needed
  • Provide parent training and support
  • Minimal in person hours
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and documentation requirements
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
  • Must hold NJ LBA
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in ABA preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in home, school, and/or community settings
