Job Summary
The Behavior Aide provides support to students with behavioral challenges in general and special education settings. Under the direction of the school administrator or designated case manager, the Behavior Aide helps implement behavior intervention strategies, monitors student behavior, and supports students in maintaining positive conduct conducive to learning.
