Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School Based - 2026/2027 SY

K-12 | Sebring, FL | 2026-2027 School Year

40 Hours/Week | Local or Travel Contract| W2 Full Time Benefits

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school district in Highlands County, FL for 2026-2027 School Year. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based SLP who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to directly impact students' communication development within an educational setting.

  • Schedule: 40 hours per week
  • Contract Type: W2
  • Start Date: 7/30/26
  • End Date: 5/28/27
  • Work Arrangement: In Person* *Will consider 1 day per week remotely for applicants with school based virtual service delivery

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School Based – Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
  • Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
  • Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
  • Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
  • Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Comparable
  • Active FL DOH SLP License
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) considered
  • School Based experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist is Required
  • Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
