Western Premiere Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative team. • Establish a strong, trusting rapport with patients to create a therapeutic alliance that promotes openness and honesty.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals and couples, focusing on therapeutic techniques that promote understanding, acceptance, and personal growth.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide referrals to specialized services or resources when needed, ensuring comprehensive care for your clients.
• Conduct regular follow-up assessments and maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies.

Your primary focus will be on counseling individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma. We serve a diverse clientele, and you will have the opportunity to work with clients from varied cultural backgrounds, requiring an understanding of cultural sensitivities and the ability to adapt your therapeutic approach accordingly.

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with the ability to motivate clients and foster a positive therapeutic environment.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in using telehealth platforms and technology.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice in mental health therapy.

• Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar setting.
• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling, as well as knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
