Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Massachusetts. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, assess their needs, create treatment plans, and support them through concerns such as relationship stress, family conflict, anxiety, life transitions, communication challenges, and emotional strain.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete intake assessments and identify client goals, concerns, and treatment needs
  • Develop treatment plans that are practical, client-centered, and clinically appropriate
  • Support clients working through relationship concerns, family dynamics, stress, grief, trauma, or major life changes
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation, progress notes, and required records
  • Use evidence-based therapy approaches that fit each client’s situation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when needed
  • Follow all professional, ethical, and state telehealth guidelines

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Massachusetts
