Manhattan Beer and Beverage Distributors now has 1.5 million feet of warehouse space, the distribution rights to 300 brands, 400 trucks and services 15 counties. Our aim is to provide great service to all of our customers from the convenience store owner to our big chain operators, restaurants, bars and hotels.

Your Main Focus:

  • Forklift Operators load, unload, move and rotate all products while safely operating and maintaining a powered industrial lift truck (forklift) or other material handling equipment.
  • Skillfully operate forklift in warehouse environment to rotate and stack product
  • Maintain all personal safety equipment
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures concerning "safety" in the work place
  • Help maintain the physical condition of the warehouse with a real sense of urgency, planning and implementing; inspecting equipment to optimize safety conditions
  • Maintain an open line of communication with supervisors ensuring appropriate production levels are attained according to company standards
  • Proficiently review processes and propose more efficient methods for completing assigned tasks
  • Comfortably utilize warehouse technology including management systems software and hardware (training provided)
Position Requirements:
Work Schedule:
  • Night - Sunday - Thursday - 7:00pm Start time
  • Forklift certified (on-site training available)
  • Technologically Savvy
  • Capable of lifting 50 lbs to shoulder height
  • Capable of lifting 165 lb barrel off the floor
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Minimum high school graduate or GED equivalent

Hourly Salary: $16.00-$18.00
