Carlson Distributing, Utah's largest beer distributor, is looking for a Sales Representative to manage an established territory throughout Southeastern Utah. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your territory, grow customer relationships, and represent some of the industry's most recognized beverage brands.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative, you'll serve as the primary contact for customers throughout Green River, Moab, Monticello, Mexican Hat, and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Growing sales through product placement, promotions, and new item distribution
  • Managing customer orders and inventory levels
  • Identifying opportunities to improve account performance
  • Ensuring merchandising standards and displays are executed effectively
  • Maintaining regular communication with customers and internal teams
  • Managing your territory and daily priorities with a high level of ownership and accountability
Compensation & IncentivesDaily Pay: $170–$190+

Carlson Distributing believes in paying competitively for the right candidate. Starting daily pay is $170–$190+, depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

In addition, this position offers:

  • Monthly performance bonus opportunity with a target payout of $1,150
  • Additional incentive opportunities throughout the year
  • Company vehicle provided
Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • Start time approximately 7:00 AM

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and work independently
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to safely perform the essential physical functions of the position, including moving product and merchandising materials as needed
