Position: Draft Beer/Maintenance Technician & Special Event Support


Employment Type: Full-Time (up to 45 Hours Per Week)

Work Schedule: Primarily Day Shift (with evenings and weekends based on operational demands or seasonal requirements)

Service Area: Sarasota and Manatee Counties

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair draft beer systems at on-premise customer locations

  • Provide exceptional customer service while representing Gold Coast Eagle in the field

  • Troubleshoot and resolve draft system performance issues promptly and professionally

  • Set up and dismantle equipment for special events and promotions

  • Install or repair LED promotional signage and deliver point-of-sale marketing materials

  • Maintain detailed service logs and report on completed tasks and customer feedback

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player

  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and evenings

  • Valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record required

  • Previous draft system experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate

  • Ability to repetitively lift, carry and position objects weighing up to 170 pounds without assistance

  • CDL Class A license - not a must but a plus

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to repeatedly lift, carry, and position objects weighing up to 170 pounds without assistance.

  • Ability to push and pull objects up to 50 pounds without assistance, including while kneeling, squatting, bending at the knees, and reaching above the head, at the waist, and below the knees.

  • Capable of repetitively pushing and pulling manual transport equipment (e.g., pallet jacks or hand trucks) carrying product loads over distances of at least 100 yards unassisted.

  • Must be able to grasp and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and strong hand-eye coordination.

  • Ability to sustain physical exertion over extended periods to complete daily tasks efficiently.

  • Must be able to read small, medium, and large print materials.

  • Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 to 10 hours per day and walk for at least 4 hours during the workday.

  • Frequently exposed to hot and humid environments, particularly during summer months and indoor service activities.

  • Reliable transportation is required,
