Business Development Manager (Full-Time)

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving new manufacturer partnerships and securing commercial contracts that position LinkRx as a strategic market access and distribution partner. This role is highly external-facing and requires direct engagement with specialty and emerging pharmaceutical manufacturers to support their market access, reimbursement, and commercialization objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with experience engaging manufacturer commercial, market access, and sales leadership teams, and the ability to clearly articulate LinkRx's value proposition across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Represent LinkRx in front of specialty and emerging pharmaceutical manufacturers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure commercial contracts that support manufacturers' market access, reimbursement, and distribution strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with manufacturer stakeholders across commercial, market access, brand, and sales teams.
  • Lead business development efforts from initial outreach through contract execution and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align manufacturer needs with LinkRx service offerings and execution capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals highlighting LinkRx's value in supporting product launches and ongoing commercialization.
  • Track industry trends, pipeline developments, and competitive dynamics to inform outreach and positioning strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and pipeline reporting to internal leadership.

Required qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated business development, sales, or account management experience.
