Customer Service Representative

You are the face and voice of our brand. You will handle incoming calls and emails, process new product orders, and fix shipping mishaps. Mostly, you'll be building long-term relationships with a community that genuinely loves what we make.

Key Responsibilities

  • Code incoming region team emails and maintain an organized region inbox.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to email communications and assist with external customer inquiries and internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update and maintain customer accounts and data in ERP system.
  • Prepare product and service performance reports by collecting and analyzing customer data.
  • Serve customers by providing timely and accurate product information and maintaining effective customer relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to connect instantly with people.

What We’re Looking For – Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years college or technical education; college degree desired.
  • 3+ years’ administrative or customer support experience in an office environment. 4-year degree with 2 years of administrative or customer support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) strongly preferred.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong verbal, written, and active listening communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude.

Work Location

This position follows a hybrid model, requiring employees to be on-site at one of our regional sales offices or Headquarters in Savage, MN, for a minimum of 3 days per week. This schedule supports collaboration while offering work-life balance.


Travel

This position may require travel ranging from 0-5% which may include day trips, overnight stays, and occasional extended travel depending on business needs. Travel may be local, regional, or national. All travel-related expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
