Job Summary:

The Beaver Creek Maintenance Coordinator will coordinate the Base Ops team in a manner that supports and responds to calls received by BCRC and Base Ops team. Responds to work orders, and maintains the work orders system, does daily checks of all Village assets. Coordinates all purchasing, under the supervision of the Base Ops Manager. Manages payroll and performs other administrative duties as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs daily checks of Village and work order system
  • Generates work orders to investigate out of the ordinary situations discovered
  • Answers phones and dispatches technicians in accordance with Base Ops and Maintain X priority list
  • Supervises and anticipates all materials requests made by the Base Ops team
  • Runs the payroll process for all Base Area operations personnel through PeopleSof
  • Assists with scheduling of jobs, outside contractors, vacations, capital projects, and any other activity born of Base Operations
  • Assists the manager with maintaining strict control over the fiscal year operating and capital project budgets


Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid state-issued driverโ€™s license
  • Proficiency to read, write, and speak English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of internal workings of Beaver Creek Village and resort experience
  • Knowledge of facility electrical, plumbing, heating, snowmelt sytems
  • 1 year of supervisory experience

The expected pay range isย $24.00/hr -$31.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
