Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

  • Assist guests in reaching the right service at the right time, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Support post-service guest needs, including recommending products for home use based on provider guidance.
  • Gain knowledge of product selection to enhance guest satisfaction and follow professional recommendations.
  • Learn and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently for transactions and inventory management.
  • Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable support to create a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Availability Wednesday and Thursday from 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Hold a current Massage Therapy, Aesthetician, or Cosmetology license, or be actively enrolled in a program leading to one of those licenses.
  • Experience working in retail or a full-service salon is preferred.
  • A passion for beauty and personal care is highly valued.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience with high-end clientele is desired.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, poise, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide personalized, attentive service to enhance the guest experience.
