Looking for full time AM shift (7AM-3PM) & PM shift (3PM-11PM).

Ready to rock the scrubs and join our amazing team?

1. Must hold a Certified Nursing Assistant badge from the State of California and keep it shiny and current while working with us.

2. Can follow instructions like a champ and jot down notes in English without breaking a sweat.

3. Need to be the muscle, able to lift 40 pounds without flinching.

4. Chatting and understanding English should be your forte.

5. Must have a heart full of care, especially for the elderly and those with chronic illnesses.

**YOUR MISSION:**

Deliver top-notch care following the Nursing Standards of Care, as you learned in your C.N.A. training. Use safe magic tricks and special gadgets to keep everyone secure. Respect Resident Rights and follow Title 22 and OBRA guidelines.

**WHO'S YOUR BOSS:** You'll report to the Charge Nurse on duty and the Director of Staff Development.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO:**

- Check-in with your assigned station and charge nurse every day
- Work your C.N.A. magic
- Care for residents like a superhero, safely and swiftly
- Stick to facility rules like glue
- Quickly flag any changes in resident conditions
- Team up with your fellow superheroes
- Keep the vibes positive with residents and staff
- Keep learning to stay certified
- Show up on time, and give a heads-up if you're taking a day off
- Tidy up resident rooms before clocking out
- Rock the dress code and attend meetings
- Keep your CPR skills sharp
- Follow the walk-to-dine program like a pro
- Introduce yourself with flair and explain procedures to residents
- Monitor vital signs, lend a hand with daily activities, chart progress, and assist during meals
- Follow resident-specific care plans to the letter
- Complete any other missions assigned by your supervisors.
