This sought-after position requires extraordinary communication methods, social skills, and time management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, by learning our products, to provide additional support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally while maintaining accurate and detailed customer records in our CRM system
  • Work with the VP of Sales to create and execute a growth strategy for quarterly and annual sales and profitability goals
  • Develop a solid understanding of the characteristics and trends of all markets represented by our clients
  • Develop quality relationships with industry influencers, potential new clients, and existing clients as appropriate, including via phone, online, and in-person
  • Identify and grow opportunities within the existing client portfolioย 
  • Travel as needed to meet with existing and potential clients, for tradeshow and industry events, and for internal GME events, as necessary (estimated travel up to 10%)
  • Partner with Marketing and other business functions to enable Sales discussions, driving the growth of current and new clients
  • Experience creating and growing a sales territory or category vertical is required
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting client requirements
  • Marketing Research experience is preferredย 
  • Broad knowledge and experience with technology
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and capacity to develop strategy
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
