Responsibilities:

• Respond to all incoming phone calls and online customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Respond to all internet leads within 5–10 minutes during business hours.

• Accurately document all customer conversations, contact information, and activities in the CRM.

• Schedule customer appointments with the primary goal of increasing showroom traffic.

• Follow up promptly with all missed ("no-show") appointments.

• Treat every customer with courtesy, professionalism, and respect.

• Inform customers of current dealership specials, incentives, and promotions when appropriate.

• Complete all assigned daily customer follow-up activities.

What We Seek:

• Previous Dealership BDC Experience is REQUIRED

• MUST be Persistent and Comfortable asking for the appointment 3-4 times when necessary

• Proven record of meeting or exceeding appointment goals

• Experience using a dealership CRM (VinSolutions experience is Preferred)

• Must be able to hit or surpass daily email, text, calls and appointment goals

• Strong work habits, able to listen to direction and stay focused during the shift

• An outgoing, upbeat, & friendly personality

• Strong computer skills & professional phone etiquette

• Strong texting skills and emailing etiquette

• Strong verbal & written communication skills

• Ability to multi-task & be well organized

• Willingness to learn and the ability to learn quickly

• Reliable Transportation
