SUMMARY

Eddy's Everything is currently looking for a BDC Phone Sales Agents to join their growing team. A BDC agent plays a very important role in the dealership. You would be responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from both inbound and outbound calls, to include but not limited to inquiries on new and pre-owned vehicles, internet leads, and providing general information.

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULING

$12 an hour plus bonus pay based on performance 

Monday - Saturday

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle all guest inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction

Work in close proximity with other Sales BDC agents in a team-based environment

Receive inbound calls on new and pre-owned vehicles with a goal to establish a firm appointment date and time from the prospect guest to visit

Answer questions and inquiries from guests, and provide general or related vehicle sales information with a friendly manner

Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts

Participate in departmental and dealership meetings; other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

Exceptional Oral and Written communication skills

Must be comfortable in a high paced, competitive environment

Must be able to pass a background check

Must have a high school diploma

Customer service skills a must
