Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional BDC (Business Development Center) Agent to join our team in Valdosta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our sales team by generating and qualifying leads.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
