About Us

BCS Stone & Cabinets Orlando Inc. is a B2B provider of integrated stone and cabinetry solutions. We support fabricators, builders, contractors, remodelers, dealers, and distributors with factory-direct advantages and strong inventory support. Backed by the global Best Cheer platform, we help our trade partners stay competitive and keep their projects moving.

Position Summary

This role requires prior forklift operation experience and involves loading, unloading, moving, staging, inspecting, and preparing stone and / or cabinetry materials for customer pickup or delivery.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, physically capable of handling warehouse work, and committed to following safety procedures when working around heavy materials, warehouse equipment, customers, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely load, unload, move, and stage stone slabs, prefab materials, cabinetry products, and related inventory.
  • Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment to move, stage, load, and unload heavy or oversized materials.
  • Assist sales representatives and customers with viewing and selecting materials in the warehouse.
  • Pull, pack, inspect, and prepare orders for customer pickup or delivery.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage, missing items, quantity discrepancies, or other quality concerns.
  • Support inventory organization, labeling, material staging, and general warehouse workflow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Perform pre-use equipment checks and promptly report safety, maintenance, or equipment concerns to management.
  • Follow all company safety rules, including proper material handling and forklift operation procedures.
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Prior forklift operation experience is required.
  • Experience operating heavy-duty or high-capacity forklifts for stone, cabinet, construction supply, or building materials is preferred.
  • 2–3 years of warehouse, material handling, construction supply, stone, cabinet, or building materials experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials up to 75 lbs, with team lift or equipment assistance as required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse work throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
  • Dependable attendance and willingness to work full-time, Monday through Saturday, with overtime as needed.

  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screen, subject to applicable law.

  • Overtime: 1.5x hourly rate for all hours worked over 40 per week.
