Job Description
RCM Healthcare is looking for BCBA's with school based experience to provide VIRTUAL therapy services to school students in MISSOURI. This position is 100% remote/work from home, utilizing our HIPPA/FERPA compliant platform with games, materials and assessments FOR FREE . This is a part time, caseload building position. You can take on as many students as you like, with the flexibility to provide services as per your schedule. Preference will be given to BCBA's who have availability during school hours.
Requirements:
  • Missouri BCBA license
  • Previous virtual therapy/assessment experience (preferred)

Responsibilities:
  • Flexibility of writing your own schedule, manage own caseload
  • Provide virtual services as per IEP
  • Assessments as needed

Compensation:
  • $60-65/hr. direct services only
  • Cancellations paid for half of session time scheduled
  • $60-65/hr for IEP meetings
  • $60-65/hr for evaluations
