Job Summary
We are currently hiring dedicated and compassionate ABA Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists in Staten Island, NY.
As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs designed and supervised by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
You will play a key role in helping children achieve meaningful goals, learn new skills, and make lasting progress at home and in the community.

- 10 y/o Male - Mon/Wed/Fri, 3:30-6:30 PM (10302)
- 5 y/o Female - Mon/Tue 4-6 PM (home); Wed-Fri 4-6 PM (10303)
- 18 y/o Male - Mon & Fri, 4-7 PM (10306)
- 5 y/o Male - Tue/Wed/Thu, 5:30-7:30 PM or 6-8 PM (10310)
- 11 y/o Male - Mon-Wed, 5-7 PM; Thu, 4-6 PM (10312)
- 5 y/o Male - Mon-Fri, 2-6 PM (10312)
- 6 y/o Female - Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat (10314)
- 9 y/o Male - Mon-Fri, 3-6 PM (10314)
- 6 y/o Male - Tue & Wed, 3:30-6 PM (10314)
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy sessions according to individualized treatment plans
- Collect accurate data and track progress during each session
- Follow the Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) under BCBA supervision
- Reinforce positive behaviors and teach new skills through play-based learning
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and family members
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (required)
- Coursework or degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or a related field (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and passionate about helping others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to complete RBT training, CPR certification, and Mandated Reporter training
