Join our team at Alight Behavioral Therapy, a leading provider of personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, as we work together to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential.

About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in our team, providing behavioral therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the Chaska, Minnesota area. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA to join our team, who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients with ASD

  • Provide behavioral therapy services to clients, including in-home ABA therapy and behavior skills training

  • Collaborate with other members of the treatment team, including parents, caregivers, and other therapists, to ensure that client goals and objectives are being met
