Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time

Bloomington, MN | Center-Based ABA | Day Shift (Mon-Fri)

As a BCBA in our center-based ABA program, you'll play a key role in helping children on the autism spectrum thrive through evidence-based, compassionate care. From developing behavior intervention plans to mentoring behavior technicians and collaborating with families, your work will directly shape the outcomes we deliver.


What You'll Do:
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments

  • Create and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Supervise RBTs and clinical team members

  • Collect, monitor, and analyze data to track progress

  • Partner with families and caregivers to support care goals

  • Contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and forward-thinking team
