They collect data, assist with skill development, and support clients in achieving treatment goals. Their role is essential in applying evidence-based behavioral strategies to improve clients' daily functioning and quality of life.

What are the typical responsibilities of a BCBA assistant?

As a BCBA Assistant, your daily responsibilities often include working one-on-one or in small groups with clients to implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by a supervising BCBA. The difficulty varies depending on educational background and experience, but generally, it involves a structured pathway of education and practical hours.

What does a BCBA assistant do?
