About the Role

We’re seeking a Client Relationship Manager who thrives on building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you’ll serve as the trusted advisor to your clients, driving retention, growth, and profitability while ensuring every interaction reflects the high standard of service FlexTG is known for.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
• Support day-to-day client needs while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across your portfolio
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Project Management teams
• Oversee onboarding and implementation of new customers and solutions
• Manage inventory, consumables, and print environment optimization efforts
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve performance
• Resolve client concerns with urgency and professionalism, from investigation through resolution

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing client relationships or customer success, preferably in technology or managed print services
• Strong project management experience working with cross-functional teams
• Confidence interacting with stakeholders, including executive-level clients
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to build trust and strengthen long-term client partnerships
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High energy, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
• Willingness to travel as needed for client and business needs

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (BA/BS/BBA) or equivalent experience
