Join a growing EPCM firm and play a critical role in the success oflarge-scale mining and industrial construction projects across Arizona, Utah,Nevada, and the Southwestern United States.

Working directly on major project sites, you will play a central role indelivering complex EPCM mandates while contributing to building a strong,disciplined execution platform that supports BBA's long-term growth in the U.S.

As an Industrial Construction Manager, you will be responsible for theoverall execution of construction activities on sites. Typically deployedfull-time at the project site, the role oversees construction planning,contractor coordination, contract administration, material receiving, qualityassurance and control, health and safety compliance, and coordination withengineering and commissioning teams. The Industrial Construction Manager alsoserves as the primary site interface with the client and key stakeholders.

  • Lead construction activities for major EPCM industrial projects, from mobilization to commissioning
  • Drive site performance by ensuring alignment on safety, quality, schedule and budget objectives
  • Act as a key advisor to project leadership on construction strategy, risks and execution challenges
  • Build and lead high-performing site teams, including supervisors, inspectors and contractors
  • Interface with clients and contractors to ensure strong collaboration and project success
  • Drive constructability and practical execution strategies during all project phases
  • Support contract execution, participate in negotiations and help resolve site issues and disputes
  • Contribute to BBA's growth in the U.S. by reinforcing our reputation for strong project execution and client relationships
  • Lead and coordinate all site stakeholders and construction activities
  • Ensure proactive collaboration between construction, engineering, and commissioning teams
  • Manage the site construction management team, including supervisors and inspectors
  • Develop and implement construction strategies and ensure constructability considerations are addressed
  • Monitor construction budget and schedule performance and implement corrective actions when required
  • Support the tendering process, including bidder site visits and construction contract evaluations
  • Prepare weekly and monthly construction progress reports
  • Advise the Project Director/Project Manager on construction-related decisions and risks
  • Ensure all work is performed safely in accordance with the Owner's Prevention Program and company safety standards
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment with both the project team and the client
  • Address routine labor relations issues and workforce concerns
  • Participate in weekly contract review meetings and assist in the resolution of contractual disputes and claims
