As a Senior Project Planner, you'll play a key role indriving project performance by developing, maintaining and optimizingintegrated project schedules.
You'll support decision-making, identify risks andopportunities, and partner with project leaders and multidisciplinary teams toensure successful execution of complex EPCM projects.
Working directly with project managers, engineers andcontractors, both on site and across project teams, you'll contribute toproject performance and protect the firm's commercial interests, while helpingbuild a strong, disciplined execution platform that supports BBA's growth andexpansion in the U.S.

  • Lead the development, optimization and maintenance of integrated EPCM project schedules, including detailed engineering, procurement, logistics, construction and commissioning
  • Analyze critical paths, risks and opportunities
  • Drive adherence to the schedule and performance
  • Exercise independent judgement in selecting, filing, compiling and analyzing data from various sources
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and solutions to project leadership
  • Generate schedule progress reports and produce performance indicators
  • Carry out all other related tasks that could help deliver projects

  • College diploma, university degree or other relevant substituted experience
  • At least 10 years of experience carrying out these functions on medium or large-scale projects in the heavy industrial or mining sectors
  • Experience with EPCM projects
  • Knowledge of multidisciplinary design and construction processes
  • Proficiency with industry best practices, such as AACEI and PMI
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS-Project
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Availble to travel occasionally to frequently, depending on project needs
  • Asset: practical knowledge of the Prism G2 Suite
