Role Overview

NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a CV Anesthesiologist to join our team at Bayhealth Hospital in Dover, Delaware.

Practice Highlights, Compensation & Benefits

- $700K+ total compensation- $615K base salary + $75K CV stipend + $10K quality incentive- $100K sign-on bonus- 10 weeks PTO- Full-time W2 position- Diverse case mix- Set schedule- Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) match, malpractice coverage, CME funds, and more
