Job description

Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and
knowledge of organization policies and practices for the Senior Vice President.


• Plans and carries out administrative functions requiring considerable knowledge of the organization.
• Serves as a resource to physician leaders for interactions with the Bayfront Health Executive Offices.
• Assists with building relationships and educating targeted organizations and community leaders in developing a better understanding
of Bayfront Health and its role in the community.
• Manages within the approved budget and department operating plan and provides leadership for the day to day operational and
budgetary activities.
• Participates in developing and implementing departmental processes designed for maximization of productivity and quality.
• Conducts research, data collection, and analysis of information with minimal supervision. Creates, prepares and coordinates
presentations, including charts, graphs as requested. Prepares routine and non-routine reports and performs special projects.
• Reviews all correspondence and prepares routine and non-routine correspondence for review by the executive office.
• Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel, and itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements.
• Enhances productivity of Senior Executive by assuming responsibility for designated leadership accountabilities and deliverables.
• Answers phone calls and independently resolves complex inquiries and refers to the Senior Executive as necessary. Screens and
directs calls and visitors appropriately.
• Reconciles procurement card transactions and prepares expense reports.
• Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state
and local standards.
• Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.


Education/Training
• Associate’s degree required.
• Highly proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software, preferably Microsoft Office based
products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Licensure/Certification
• Microsoft Office Certification preferred.

Experience
Five (5) years of customer service, administrative, secretarial or related experience.
