Soave Hospitality Group is seeking a full-time Kitchen Supervisor. The Kitchen Supervisor plays a key leadership role in the kitchen, supporting the Executive Chef in overseeing food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest standards of culinary quality, safety, and efficiency. This position requires strong culinary expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be strong on the line, have a positive optimistic disposition and ability to unify and lead a team.

Responsibilities amp; Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in daily planning, directing, and coordinating kitchen operations.

  • Monitor food preparation to guarantee consistency, quality, and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Contribute to menu development and daily specials by offering creative input.
  • Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist with daily ordering amp; inventory of supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintain effective communication with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Support cost-control measures by minimizing food waste and optimizing resources.
