Job description

At Rocket Farm Restaurants, the core philosophy that defines our culture is "We serve the person who is serving the guest." Our culture is not something we act out on the floor of the restaurant. It starts with how we treat and serve one another in the kitchen - with dignity, respect, and care. We believe there should be no difference in how we treat and serve one another in the kitchen and how we treat and serve our guests in the dining room. We hope you agree and will consider joining us!
Located at the Battery Atlanta, Superica opens its doors to both baseball goers and Tex-Mex lovers alike serving up a classic, Tex-Mex experience and exceptional service.
Superica is seeking a lively and energetic Host/ess to join our growing Battery team!
The Host/ess at Superica welcomes guests of all ages as the sounds of Willie and Waylen and the smell of freshly made tortillas greet them at the door. He/she communicates clearly and courteously while working calmly and effectively under pressure, as well as cohesively on a team to ensure exceptional service. The ideal candidate takes cues from guests' behavior and demeanor as to their level of satisfaction or happiness and addresses any issues that may arise in a proactive manner. Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant is preferred, but not required. Apply today and become part of a dynamic, innovative, and heartfelt group of unique individuals!
Competitive pay - $14 to $24/hr. - based on experience and ability.
As a valued member of our team, you will receive:
A supportive culture and ethical work environment
Dynamic performance-based raises and promotions
