At KBR, we are seeking an experienced Advanced Technology Integration Simulation Engineer supporting the Tactical Aviation & Ground Munitions (TAGM) Project Office in Huntsville, AL. The Advanced Technology Integration Simulation Engineer supports the Tactical Aviation & Ground Munitions (TAGM) Project Office by supporting nextgeneration modeling and simulation capabilities for current and future munition systems. This role focuses on evaluating emerging technologies, enhancing digital engineering toolsets, and enabling advanced concept development for weapon systems such as HELLFIRE, JAGM, and future TAGM capabilities. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support digital models and simulation architectures to evaluate emerging guidance, seeker, propulsion, and warhead technologies.
  • Lead integration of new analytical tools, digital engineering methods, and simulation frameworks into TAGM's weapon system development pipelines.
  • Conduct earlyphase performance and feasibility assessments for future missile concepts, multidomain employment, and advanced targeting solutions.
  • Support technology maturation efforts through highfidelity simulations, trade studies, and digital prototypes.
  • Collaborate with science & technology (S&T) partners, laboratories, industry, and crossfunctional engineering teams to transition advanced capabilities into the program of record environment.
  • Perform verification, validation, and accreditation (VV&A) activities to ensure new models meet DoD standards and interoperability requirements.
  • Analyze test data and technology demonstrations to enhance model fidelity and assess transition readiness.
  • Provide technical leadership for digital transformation initiatives and emerging simulation strategies across the TAGM portfolio.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of related technical experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain a DoD secret clearance
  • Experience with digital modeling and simulation (M&S)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong background in modeling & simulation, aerospace engineering, systems engineering, or related technical fields.
  • Experience with digital engineering, modular open systems architectures (MOSA), or modelbased systems engineering (MBSE) preferred.
  • Understanding of missile technologies, multidomain operations, and weapon system integration concepts.
  • Ability to assess emerging technologies and translate technical findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with DoD S&T processes, acquisition frameworks, and VV&A standards is a plus.
