The Bathroom Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of restroom facilities while providing courteous and professional guest support. This role serves as a visible point of contact for guests, offering assistance as needed and ensuring restrooms remain safe, sanitary, and fully stocked at all times. Bathroom Attendants work closely with management and operations teams to support smooth guest flow and uphold hospitality standards during peak service hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide courteous, professional assistance.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented restroom environment at all times.
  • Ensure restroom supplies are fully stocked, including paper products, soap, and other amenities.
  • Monitor restroom conditions regularly and address cleanliness needs promptly.
  • Follow all health, hygiene, and safety standards and procedures.
  • Respond to guest requests and escalate concerns or maintenance issues to management as needed.
