Effective 6/28/26:
  • Starting base pay will increase to $22/hour
  • 1st and 2nd Shift Opportunities with the ability to earn up to $23.50/hour based on position/shift.

Our warehouse is where the adventure truly begins, and we're looking for hands-on, get-it-done Warehouse Associates who take pride in doing things right. Conservation forms the heart and soul of Bass Pro Shops and is an ethic that dates to the earliest days of the company. Alongside the customers they serve, Bass Pro Shops over the past decade has proudly donated more than 10% of earnings to support conservation efforts in local communities and across North America.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Outfitter will perform manual or physical job duties, based upon DC needs.
  • Loads or unloads trailers by hand, i.e. up to and including, grills, tree stands, safes, kayaks, etc.
  • Uses scanners to read bar codes on labels and product.
  • Fills customer orders by inspecting merchandise and matching merchandise to order.
  • Stocks merchandise to ensure availability of items.
  • Packs customer orders for shipment.
  • Selects and verifies product for fulfillment and routes to the next area or packs for shipping.
  • Assigns and reassigns pick locations based on information from reports and maintains an accurate listing of all locations.
  • Sorts merchandise as appropriate.
  • Processes, tickets, or sorts merchandise for retail locations.
  • Performs returns processing for customer orders.
  • Cleans and repairs different reel models and determines if repair is under warranty.
  • Maintains work area by cleaning as needed.
  • Performs manual or physical job duties, based upon DC needs.
  • ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be 18 years of age.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
  • Production standards and accuracy are especially important aspects of the position that are closely monitored.
  • Ability to communicate with fellow employees in a courteous and professional manner and be a team player.
  • Must have multitasking skills
  • Commitment to safety rules and procedures
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule with mandatory overtime, when scheduled.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and must work well with numbers.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
  • No travel is required for this position.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job including those listed as essential functions above.
    • Ie. repetitive walking, standing, kneeling, bending, stretching, and climbing up and down step ladder for duration of shift and overtime when scheduled.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Required to work indoor in a non-climate-controlled environment.
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
  • Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor. Limited opportunity exists for exercising independent judgment and decision making.
