Pay:$22/hr. + shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Target start dates July, August, September

1st shift 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

2nd shift 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm

3rd shift 10:30 pm - 7:00 am

Minova, Tooele, Utah is growing, and we’re hiring MachineOperatorsto join our team on1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.This is a*direct-hire opportunity*with competitive pay, a strong benefits package, PTO, and a 401(k) at a global manufacturing company known for its commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

The MachineOperator is responsible for safely operating manufacturing equipment and supporting production processes across multiple operator functions within the plant. This role is cross-trained in various production areas, including roll forming and general production operations, to ensure flexibility, efficiency, and continuous workflow.

Operators play a critical role in producing high-quality products used in mining, tunneling, and construction applications, while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production equipment such as roll formers, presses, and other manufacturing machinery.
  • Perform basic machine setup and adjustments to maintain production flow.
  • Load/unload materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain production pace to meet daily and weekly output targets.
  • Learn and perform tasks in various production roles to increase operational efficiency.
  • Support other departments or processes to ensure continuous operations.
  • Work across multiple operator stations as needed based on production demands.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate machinery and perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude (including ability to change wires or minor components).
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions.
  • Strong attention to safety and quality.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and as needed.
