The Role:

The Life SciencesTeamat EntegrisLoganmanufacturessingle useassembliesthat areutilizedby ourBioprocessingcustomers for convenient filling, handling, and transferring of media, buffer solutions, and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). In this role, you will work in a clean room environment and execute tasks such as operating bag-making machines and conducting various forms of testing on finished products by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)to ensurehigh-quality standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Performs various assembly operations on the productin accordance withthe work orders and Manufacturing instructions, standard work in accordanceperappropriate documents.

  • Verifies products are visuallyinspectedand corrective actions are taken when necessary. Ensures product is consistent with established specifications. Escalates quality issues asappropriate. Ensureshighestpossible productquality and adherence to the Entegris quality system,ISOand/or other standards.

  • Ensures allproduct ispackagedperpackaging specifications androutingsare followed.

  • Ensures all required paperwork is completed thoroughlyandtimely(i.e.Production Reports,Batch Records, Labels,Material Request Form, Rework,etc.).

  • Maintains a clean and safe work area at all times.WearsrequiredPersonal Protective Equipment,performsduties in a safemannerandobserveapproved safety procedures at all times. Maintains awareness of potential hazards and implements ideas for safer alternatives. Communicates potential hazards to leadershipimmediately.

  • Followsattendance expectations including arrival times,breaksand meetings.

  • Focuses on key business processes to influence customer satisfaction, waste elimination, growth, costeffectivenessand product/system quality. Promotes and implementsuseof continuous improvement tools toeliminatenon-value activities. Participate actively in continuous improvement activities, such as 6Sand EHS&S projects.

  • Demonstrateswillingnessto complete miscellaneous tasks as assignedin order tosupport the overall organization. Participate in Entegris' continuous quality improvement process and dedication to customer satisfaction

What We Seek:

  • Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the US without sponsorship

  • At least one (1) year of experience working in a manufacturing and/or clean room assembly settingpreferred.

  • Basic computer and data entry skills.

  • Good attention to detail and commitment tomaintaininghigh-quality standards.

  • Proven ability to execute manufacturing processes within a tight tolerance. Understand documented processes and procedures.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team setting.

  • Ability to use measuring devices and repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

  • Adherence to cleanroom attire standards isrequired.

  • Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift duration outside of break-scheduled times.

  • Must be able tolift upto 40 pounds.

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required to beused at all times.This includes the use of safety glasses.

  • This role involves repetitively pinching and grasping hand tools, aswellrepetitively twisting and bending.
