Job Title: Performance Video Editor (UGC, Paid Social & CTV) Location: Remote Industry: Apparel / DTC eCommerce Type: Full-Time Role Overview We're looking for a high-performance Video Editor who deeply understands paid media and can turn raw footage into multiple high-converting creatives across Meta, TikTok, and CTV. This role sits directly within the media buying function—you'll be responsible for maximizing creative output and performance, turning one piece of content into multiple winning variations. Key Responsibilities Turn raw footage into 5–10+ high-performing variations (hooks, angles, formats) Create UGC-style ads, collages, and remixed content for paid social Edit and adapt creatives specifically for CTV environments Add and test text overlays, hooks, CTAs, and messaging variations Use non-copyright / licensed audio to enhance performance Optimize pacing, storytelling, and retention across formats Work closely with media buyers to iterate based on performance data Continuously repurpose and refresh existing content for new tests What Success Looks Like Consistently turning one asset into multiple winning creatives Clear impact on performance metrics through creative iteration Fast turnaround with high-quality output Strong collaboration with media buying team Requirements (Must-Have) 3+ years of performance-focused video editing experience Proven experience editing for: Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) TikTok Ads CTV ads Strong background in DTC / eCommerce brands Deep understanding of: Hook-based editing Direct response creative Short-form retention strategies Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, CPA, hook rate) and how creative impacts them Ability to take one video and generate multiple variations for testing Proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (or equivalent) CapCut or similar tools Basic motion graphics skills (text animation, transitions, overlays) #J-18808-Ljbffr
