Job Description
Orange County Convention Center is seeking candidates to apply for this entry level administrative professional role in our Rigging department. This position performs administrative tasks in support of conventions and trade shows. This position is on-call. All hours are based on show activity at the Convention Center. There are no guaranteed hours.
Representative Duties/Assignments :
Performs administrative tasks in support of conventions and trade shows.
Works with the Rigging Coordinators to help efficiently dispatch technicians to work assignments.
Assists with radio and telephone coverage using multi-line telephones and input orders as needed.
Runs reports and gives order status updates to Supervisors and Managers.
Assisting with billing, filing, and scheduling of staff as needed.
Assists other staff as needed.
Meets Center of Hospitality (COH) standards.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
Three (3) years of general clerical experience
Preferences :
Good communication and basic computer skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is preferred
