Job description

Job Duties:

  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Prepare and process title documents and observe all titling requirements for dealer trade and wholesale transactions
  • Post dealer trade and wholesale deals
  • Prepare checks as necessary for title work and customer refunds
  • Monitor corresponding schedules
  • Daily deal tracking Daily Title Issue Tracking
  • Post manufacturer invoices as necessary
  • Keep current with applicable laws
  • Notary Public Requirements
  • Prepare and process retail and lease tag and title documents and all titling transactions for local and out-of-state titling
  • Process all titling documents through either electronic vehicle registration program or through DMV offices
  • Post all titling transactions and monitor corresponding schedules
  • Properly represent the dealership to its customers and vendors in a friendly manner
  • Complete end-of-month accounting requirements as assigned by supervisor
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers

Job Requirements:

  • Prior Title Clerk and Automotive experience preferred
  • Prolonged periods of personal computer usage and data entry
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Valid driver's license
