Join our team as an Administrative Clerk, where you'll play a pivotal role in assisting key team members while contributing to various projects. Your primary responsibilities will encompass data entry, document preparation, and general office support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record Management: Compile, update, and maintain company records efficiently.

  • Scheduling: Utilize Aspire software to schedule construction and landscaping jobs.

  • Information Gathering: Collect information from documents and field personnel for landscaping projects.

  • Data Entry: Accurately input data into the Aspire landscaping platform.

  • Project Tracking: Reconcile project totals and hours within the system.

  • Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical tasks like photocopying, scanning, faxing, mail distribution, and filing. This position also is responsible for AR & AP duties.

  • Administrative Assistance: Assist branch management with tasks such as drafting correspondence and scheduling meetings.

  • Proofreading: Review reports for errors in typing, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.

  • Materials Handling: May be responsible for picking up and distributing materials.

  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and care for company property and equipment.
