ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of three. I was recruited right out of college and began my career as a team member with State Farm before taking the step to open my own agency. That experience shaped how I lead today and how I invest in developing my team.
Iโ€™m a proud alum of Michigan State University, and outside of the office, Iโ€™m a wife and mom to two boys. Our office even has a dog named Louie who adds a fun, welcoming energy to the team. I stay active in the community through involvement with Game on Cancer and by partnering with a local minor league baseball team for events. Giving back and staying connected locally is important to how we operate.
Our agency offers PTO, bonuses and commissions, a sign-on bonus, Simple IRA, and ongoing training, development, and coaching. We also prioritize team-building events and professional growth so you can continue advancing in your career.
Culture is a top priority in our office. Weโ€™re a collaborative, team-oriented group that values positivity, support, and growth. Iโ€™m looking for someone with a great attitude who enjoys working with others and isnโ€™t afraid to try new things even when it feels uncomfortable. We believe mistakes are part of the process, and thatโ€™s how we learn and improve together.
If youโ€™re looking for a team that will support your growth, challenge you to get better, and celebrate your progress along the way, this could be a great fit for you.
