To excel as an Entertainment Manager at a base venue, you typically need experience in event planning, knowledge of entertainment production, and a background in hospitality or business management. Familiarity with booking systems, audio-visual equipment, and event management software is crucial. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and performers set top candidates apart.
