Are you passionate about music and numbers? Ready to work with a firm that sits at the intersection of creativity and financial excellence? Because of this continued growth, theyโ€™re looking to add a dynamic Account Executive / Bookkeeper to their team.

Why This Role Stands Out

This isnโ€™t just another accounting role. Youโ€™ll work closely with clients in the music industryโ€”supporting artists, managers, and entertainment professionalsโ€”while being part of a collaborative, people-first culture that values flexibility, trust, and long-term career growth.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of music industry clients
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
  • Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and financial reporting
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, building strong, lasting relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of financials

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (business management or entertainment industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, AgiLink or similar)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A proactive, client-service mindset

What Youโ€™ll Get

  • Competitive base salary up to $110K + performance bonus
  • Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
  • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement, etc.)
  • A supportive, team-oriented culture with real work-life balance
  • Clear path for upward mobility as the firm continues to grow
  • The chance to work alongside passionate professionals in the music industry

If you're looking for a role where your work has real impact, your growth is supported, and your environment is as inspiring as the clients you serveโ€”this is it.

Apply today and be part of a firm where reputation, relationships, and results drive success.
