Racine Country Club is looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our food & beverage team as Servers, with the opportunity to be cross-trained as Bartenders. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive and professional environment.
About the Role
As a Server at Racine Country Club, you'll be an essential part of our member dining experience—offering exceptional service in a welcoming and team-oriented environment. Once you've mastered the server role, you'll have the opportunity to expand your skills behind the bar with hands-on bartender training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and interact with members and guests
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure top-tier food & beverage service
  • Manage assigned table stations and provide attentive service throughout the meal
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders; deliver in a timely and professional manner
  • Demonstrate full knowledge of the menu and up-sell when appropriate
  • Anticipate member needs and offer proactive assistance
  • Process orders, payments, and checks using the POS system efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout the shift
  • Assist with clearing tables, setting up event space, and side work tasks
  • Follow club guidelines for responsible alcohol service
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
