About the Role:

As a Bartender with the Springhill Suites Westfield you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain a clean and organized bar area, manage inventory, and adhere to all safety and hygiene standards. This role requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive motions, as well as the ability to lift and carry heavy items such as kegs and boxes. Ultimately, your contribution will enhance the overall atmosphere and reputation of the establishment, encouraging repeat business and positive reviews.
