Job Summary
Green House Agency is seeking an enthusiastic, highly connected, and agave-loving Brand Ambassador to help grow the presence, visibility, and loyalty of the Herradura brand within the assigned market. Serving as the face and go-to brand expert, this role will build meaningful relationships across the local hospitality and spirits community while educating and inspiring bartenders, business operators, distributor partners, and influential consumers.
The ideal candidate is an experienced bartender and natural storyteller with deep knowledge of craft cocktails and the spirits category-particularly agave spirits. This individual will leverage strong industry relationships, market knowledge, and event activation experience to bring the brand to life through engaging education, trade partnerships, account support, and memorable experiences.
Working closely with brand, field, distributor, and on-premise sales teams, the Brand Ambassador will help increase brand awareness, distribution, visibility, and engagement across key accounts and within the broader bar community.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the face, in-market expert, and primary trade liaison for the brand, representing its story, values, portfolio, and position within the agave spirits category.
  • Build, cultivate, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with bartenders, bar and restaurant operators, distributor representatives, hospitality professionals, trade influencers, and target consumers.
  • Deliver engaging brand education, product trainings, tastings, seminars, presentations, and other educational experiences for trade and consumer audiences.
  • Leverage industry relationships and brand expertise to support increased placements, volume, visibility, and advocacy within priority accounts.
  • Partner with brand, field, distributor, and on-premise sales teams to ensure consistent brand positioning, prioritization, and execution across the market.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute impactful events, trade partnerships, brand activations, and key programming throughout the market.
  • Bring key brand initiatives and activation platforms to life during priority execution periods.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the local market landscape, including influential bars and restaurants, key trade figures, emerging trends, and opportunities within the cocktail and spirits community.
  • Act as an authentic advocate for tequila, agave spirits, craft cocktails, and the broader bar community.
  • Support marketing initiatives and help generate brand awareness through social media, media partnerships, and relevant market opportunities.
  • Manage time, travel, and assigned budgets responsibly while balancing a dynamic schedule of account visits, events, trainings, and market activities.
  • Provide timely reporting, market insights, activity recaps, and recommendations to internal partners to support ongoing growth strategies.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional bartending experience.
  • Strong knowledge of craft cocktails and the spirits category, with a particular focus on tequila and agave spirits.
  • Established familiarity with the local market landscape, including key bars, restaurants, hospitality venues, and influential trade figures.
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and executing events, activations, trainings, or experiential programming.
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences through compelling storytelling.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting, and creative mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of market opportunities.
  • Dynamic, outgoing, and relationship-driven personality with a genuine enthusiasm for meeting and connecting with new people.
  • Demonstrated passion for tequila, cocktails, hospitality, and the bar community.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible, nontraditional schedule, including late nights and weekends, based on market and event needs.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%, primarily within and around the designated market, with occasional out-of-state travel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or in a similar brand-facing role.
  • Previous experience working with a spirits supplier, distributor, or beverage alcohol brand.
  • Strong existing relationships within the local on-premise, hospitality, bartending, and trade community.
  • Experience representing premium spirits brands and delivering trade education or product training.

Compensation
  • Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 annually
