Located in Downtown Atlanta, Capital City Club is home to a beautiful five-story brick building with multiple unique world-class dining venues and conveniently located within steps of the Peachtree Center Marta Station. JOINING OUR TEAM
We are currently looking for bartenders. Applicants for this position should be seeking full-time employment and have open availability. These positions provide our members and their guests with exceptional beverages and services -- an extraordinary experience.
Capital City Club is a non-tipping environment. We offer a competitive guaranteed wage which allows our staff to focus on providing our members with premium-level service. REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Can work independently and cohesively with others as part of a team.

  • Two years of bartending experience requested. Experience in private clubs is a plus.
  • Be detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in the basic point-of-sale system (training available). Experience with NorthStar p.o.s. system is a plus.

  • A high-energy and fun-loving personality with a positive attitude!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Stocks bar daily and maintain organization/cleanliness. Prepares all mise en place before the bar opening.
  • Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency, upholding Club standards and adhering to recipes.
  • Works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
  • Attends all staff meetings, including pre-shift sessions and training as required.
  • Continually practices beverage and revenue control procedures.
  • Completes other appropriate work assignments as requested by supervisor.
  • Works closely with multiple teams and teammates to fulfill and exceed member expectations.
  • Provides excellent food and beverage service to members and guests, always ensuring satisfaction.
  • Follows daily opening/closing procedures completes daily checklists and executes day-to-day operations relatively independently.
  • Assists fellow team members to provide unique, personalized service that's nowhere else!
