They will demonstrate an ability to work well with others as well as independently, never hesitating to ask for help if needed. Exemplary customer service and attention to even the smallest details is the basis for every positive interaction with our customers no matter how long or short it is.
The bar is the focal point of the restaurant so you will be on stage at all times. Building regular bar clientele as well as keeping our current returning customers begins and ends with you. We are looking for someone to grown with us and bring additional value to our already blossoming team.
Responsibilities:* PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE* Verify identification and age requirements of customers * Mix traditional and creative cocktails.* Process payment from customers ACCURATELY whether it is cash, credit/debit, or gift card.* Keep bar area tidy at all times including washing all bar glasses and utensils* Menu Knowledge* Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences* Open and maintain tabs throughout shift* Greeting guests promptly as they enter the door with menus and answering initial questions about food/drinks. * Work within Fatboiz established guidelines and standards* Good with computer point of sales systems* Ability to efficiently set up and break down all areas of the bar independently * Responding to guests concerns and taking the initiative when appropriate taking action to solve them
